What is Clout Connect?
Clout Connect is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that lets you buy engagement services - views, followers, likes, and more - across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Orders are processed automatically through our provider network.
How do I place an order?
First, top up your wallet with funds via Paynow. Then select a platform, choose a service, paste your link, enter a quantity, and click Place Order. Most orders begin processing within minutes.
How long does delivery take?
Start times vary by service. Most begin within 0–6 hours. The service description on the order form shows the expected start time. Delivery speed (how fast the full quantity is delivered) also varies by service and is shown in the description panel.
Is my account safe? Will I get banned?
We use methods designed to minimise risk, and our Elite tier services use organic delivery methods. However, no SMM service can guarantee zero risk. Always ensure your profile is set to public before placing an order, as required by most services.
What is the difference between Basic, Medium, and Elite services?
Basic services are affordable bot-sourced services with no guarantees. Medium services offer tested, stable quality with some refill guarantees. Elite services use organic or high-retention delivery - they are the most premium option with the most reliable results. You can see the tier tag on every service before ordering.
What does 'Refill Guarantee' mean?
Some services guarantee a refill if the count drops after delivery. The refill period (e.g. 30 days, 365 days, Lifetime) is shown in the service details. If you experience a drop, open a support ticket and we will initiate a refill.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Some services support cancellation - this is shown in the service description. Once an order is In Progress or Completed, cancellation is generally not possible. For orders that support it, go to My Orders and use the Cancel option.
My order shows 'Error' - what should I do?
An error usually means the link was invalid, your profile was private, or the service was temporarily unavailable. Check your link and profile visibility, then open a support ticket with your order ID and we will investigate.
How does the wallet work?
Your wallet holds a USD balance. You top up via Paynow and spend from that balance when placing orders. You can top up as many times as you like. The wallet balance is shown in the sidebar and on every page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through Paynow, which supports multiple local and card-based payment methods. More payment options may be added in future.
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket from the Support page (accessible from the sidebar). Include your order ID where relevant. We aim to respond within a few hours during business hours.
